This Journey

Another gorgeous day in paradise.  But the apple's already been bitten, and worse, the coverup has been going on for far too long.  Everyone is looking for a way out, except those who realize how fruitless that pursuit is.

We can do better.  All of humanity on this planet can do better.  Deaf ears?  Ears have to be able to hear, and the message has to be within hearing distance.  There's lots and lots of work to be done.

Be compassionate, suck it up, tell the truth and clean up the mess. Work.

I know I have to start right where I am.  Call it a symbol for what's possible.

Time enters the discussion

Today, like many days, I don't have a lot of time.  I've spent some already writing and upon reflection, I'll share some of that no doubt.  But I made an agreement to be somewhere soon, I've got to eat something, and so it goes.  Today is my 51st birthday.

I'm so completely over the hill, not even I am able to deny it.
